Process for Grade Eight

For Catholic Elementary School Students

All eighth grade students from Catholic elementary schools in the Diocese of Cleveland follow the application timeline below as determined by the Office of Catholic Education.

Monday-Thursday, January 8-11, 2025: High School Selection Week
Friday, January 10, 2025: Application submission deadline. Catholic elementary schools collect completed applications from their students.
Monday, January 17, 2025: Last day for applications to be submitted to high schools.
Wednesday, February 5, 2025: Catholic high schools mail admissions decisions to their applicants.
Friday, February 14, 2025: Deadline for admitted students to confirm their admission.

For Public, Private, or Home School Students

All eighth grade students attending a public or private school please follow the application timeline below.

Monday, January 6, 2025: Our Application for Public, Private, or Home School Students will open.
Wednesday, February 5, 2025: NDCL mails admissions decisions to their applicants.
Friday, February 14, 2025: Deadline for admitted students to confirm their admission.

All eighth graders interested in applying for admission are required to take our placement/scholarship test.
